Some men live for truth, justice and freedom. Some men live their life by the law and god help those who cross it. Matt McLoughlin is a lawyer with a purpose. That purpose, however is booze, more booze and chasing skirt. If there’s a hen night to be pursued or a group of young ones to be serenaded, you can bet your bottom Euro V.P.I.’s lawyer will be smack bang in the middle of it, with lipstick on his collar and a penis straw in his mouth.

V.P.I. couldn’t really afford a decent legal representative. So naturally, they went for the cheapest possible option. And the cheapest possible option had just dropped out of 1st year law in Trinity and had basically hung around campus for the last 2 years living it up, making sure that every week is a Rag Week. Matt McLoughlin puts the ‘Aw yer!’ in lawyer.

Facts:

1. -His first meeting with V.P.I. took place in Abrakebabra of a Tuesday morning sometime in             May 2007.
   

2. -Claims to have lost his virginity at aged 13 to ‘someone’s auntie.’
   

3. -Spends majority of wages on Fat Frogs.
   

4. -Can’t afford a decent suitcase so just uses his old school bag.
   

5. -The oldest lady he’s scored? Aged 56 from Borris-On-Ossory.

Ned Savage (John Doran)

This man’s life is rubbish. Literally. And he talks in bullet points. Literally, points that are bullets. Ned Savage takes waste disposal seriously. So seriously that he’s been arrested 4 separate times for attacking illegal dumpers and forced through Anger Management Counselling on 3 separate occasions. One time, he beat a man so badly with a litter picker, he had to be forcibly restrained by local Handicap Parking Officials.

He is a grimacing, cigar chomping, trash talking enforcer of cleanliness. Do not mess up his streets. Do not rubbish his work. He is the real rain that will clean the scum off the streets. And he will end you. Literally.

Facts:

1. -Has a long standing feud with the Tidy Towns Committee. Referring to them as ‘righteous smelly old bastards.’
   

2. -Has an unsubstantiated fear of cougars.
   

3. -Once used a litter picker wrapped in barbed wire until he was cautioned by Gardaí
   

4. -Least favorite litter smell is ‘crusty nappies.’
   

5. -His car smells like ‘cigars and musty boots.’

The gentlemen detectives of V.P.I. procure new offices, only to find that someone is illegally dumping rubbish outside. When litter warden Ned Savage shows them evidence that the rubbish is theirs and issues them a fine, Tennyson, Vultour and McGrain realise that someone is trying to push them out of business. But what fiend would do such a thing?
