The newest installment of webcom Vultures is due to go online in the coming weeks and can be watched alongside the previous episodes on www.VulturesPI.com

The ongoing comic detective serial wrapped shooting its final three episodes in March of this year. The entire project has been funded by the Kilkenny County Council Arts Office through the Arts Act Grant. The series has been produced since late 2007 by Kilkenny production outfit Mycrofilms.

The fifth installment, ‘The Adventure Of The Hidden Microfilm’ sees the detectives of Vulture Private Investigations caught up with Quint Quigley, a wanted fugitive who possesses sensitive information belonging to the rival Pinkerton Agency. It’s sensitive because he’s swallowed it. And it’s still inside him. And it’s possibly a microfilm. And his tummy hurts. McGrain, Vultour & Tennyson have to get the microfilm out of Quigley before the law and the Pinkertons can get to him first.

The team behind Vultures are currently preparing for the finale which will go online this June. The final episodes are a two part adventure which brings the series and its characters to a conclusion. Entitled ‘Attack Of The Pinkertons’ and ‘The Long Goodbye’, the sixth and seventh episodes will see the beleaguered detectives go to war with the smooth, stylish and dapper Pinkerton detective franchise and their leader, the mysterious Natalie Blaise.

In the countdown to the final episodes the website is being regularly updated with new features so do keep an eye on VulturesPI.com. All the episodes are available there along with a plethora of additional material on the project. Vultures can also be subscribed to for free on iTunes.
